No, we don't offer free trial lessons.

Our discovery call is free of charge where we understand your child's tutoring needs. We then match your child with one of our available educators for a trial lesson, which is fully paid in advance. Once your child is happy, you will be then billed for the term, in advance.

Both online and face-to-face lessons happen once a week per subject. However, we conduct extra lessons on a need basis especially around students' tests or exams after the parents’ approval.

We remain supportive of our students between the lessons. We provide full support on emails for all our students. So, if the student is stuck doing an assignment or homework, and needs us between the lessons, we are an email away.

For 1-1 online lessons, we need 24-hour advance notice to reschedule. We charge a full session fee for the cancellation under 24 hours or for a no-show.

For group lessons, we don't provide any refunds whatsoever. However, we provide lesson recordings to the students who have missed the lesson.

We understand that commitments and priorities change for each one of us, especially with children. Therefore, if you can give us advance notice (over 24 hours), we can reschedule the lesson as per the teacher's next availability.

For us, the student-teacher chemistry is the top priority. To ensure consistency, the same teacher will be taking lessons throughout the tutoring engagement.

Yes, you can continue lessons during the school holidays, subject to the teacher's availability.

A stable internet connection, a laptop/tablet/iPad, and access to Zoom/Google Meet/Teams for online classes.

You can cancel the tutoring engagement with a 2-week advance notice.

Every child is different. Their improvement depends not only on the tutor but also on parental support. On average, it takes a minimum of 2 terms to see your child improving provided you ensure they are attending lessons regularly, doing their assigned homework on time, and spending sufficient time with the subject daily.

Every child's needs are different. Some accept homework as a challenge where as some feel anxious about it. Our educators are well-equipped to tailor the homework load according to the child’s needs.

Yes, we do offer lessons to students with learning difficulties. However, with high demand, there is a waitlist in this category. We recommend you call us to discuss this further.

If you choose to discontinue, please provide a 2-week advance notice. After that period, all unused lesson fees will be refunded.

If you wish to discontinue immediately from the next lesson, the refund will be processed after deducting the cost of two lessons from the unused lesson amount.

We will not be able to hold your day or time slots if you plan to pause lessons during the term. All our teachers maintain a waitlist on their calendars, and if a student decides to stop mid-term, that day and time slot is given to the next student on the waitlist. Therefore, we don't guarantee that you will secure the same teacher’s availability upon your return.

Any unused lesson amount in this case will be refunded as per our refund policy.

No, we do not provide pay-as-you-go. We accept advance payments only.
